Report to work in full uniform as described in the employee handbook

Perform job duties in consistent manner with the policy and procedures manual, employee handbook.

To provide quality service for dining room guests through proper techniques, knowledge and appearance.

Perform all side work assignments ensuring proper preparation, completion and presentation.

Set up all tables and dining stations according to Fluno Center Standards.

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all dining room equipment, ensuring the up keep of quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Gain basic knowledge of all Fluno Center emergency procedures to ensure a timely evacuation.

Performance of work duties away from the dining room that relates to the service, clean up, and satisfaction of guests needs while they are at the Fluno Center.

Assure proper storage of equipment.
