L-3 Communication/D.P. Associates Inc. is looking to hire a Pilot Subject Matter Expert to join the V-22 project team. The SME will provide knowledge and expertise of an operator, technician, maintainer, repairer or other similar specialty, which is primarily responsible for the operation, employment, maintenance, repair of systems, subsystems, or equipment in the areas of or related to military training systems.

Duties
• Provides for the technical and operational accuracy of the subject matter undergoing training product development for systems, subsystems, or equipment, which are defined in a specific statement of work or statement of objectives. • Assures the technical and operational accuracy of the subject matter undergoing training product development during the instructional systems development process or systems approach to training process.

Special Skills
No preferred aircraft, but experience with glass cockpit preferred

Education
Minimum HS Diploma/GED No education plus 6 years exp; BA/BS plus 4 years exp; MA/MS/MEd plux 2 years exp
