NAC Specialist

Link Technologies is currently looking for a Network Access Control (NAC) Specialist for an exciting opportunity in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a contract position with a major player in the casino market and requires previous experience working with and/or customizing NAC product(s) in an enterprise corporate environment. You will be working with other security professionals to design and implement NAC and protection for thousands of endpoints. Experience, Education, and Certification Requirements

• Previous experience designing and/or implementing NAC in a enterprise environment required
o Symantec NAC (DHCP or 802.1x) preferred, other NAC considered
• Well-rounded hands on experience as a security engineer (perimeter, network, and/or host based)
• Vendor specific product training
• Project management skills including:
o Project Planning (Structure, Detail-oriented, Discipline)
o Project Execution and follow-through
• Demonstrated proficiency with security as it relates to endpoint management and integration of endpoint protection tools with change management
• Certified in industry recognized security certifications (CISSP, CISA, SANS GIAC, SSCP, etc.) desirable
• Other Symantec security experience (SIM/SEM, SNAC, Enterprise AV/Host firewall, etc.) desirable
• Good understanding of the hotel/casino environment and how the business is affected by security changes is desirable
• Must be knowledgeable of 24x7 operations
