Job Profile:

Reporting to the Service Manager - F&B. Provides highest level of F&B service to customers. Will be responsible for prompt, courteous and efficient welcoming of guests to the restaurant. Handles guest inquiries and creates a favorable public image. Coordinates with Restaurant Reservations Agents on restaurant bookings, special requirements and updates the customers profiles.

Key Requirements

-At least 1 year experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel in addition to F&B service experience
-Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) in addition to German or Russian
-Familiar with Infrasys system
-Proven track of delighting customers and has strong selling skills
-Very presentable, physically fit and active in sports
