The Underwriting Department has an opening for an Underwriter II-IV on the Source Southwest Team located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Responsibilities include achieving prodhuction and growth goals, developing and reinforcing favorable broker relationships, delivering timely response time on submissions, providing outstanding customer service, managing market initiatives and providing support and backup to fellow teammates. Requirements for this position include a minimum of 3 years of multi-line insurance underwriting experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong analytical and reasoning abilities. A commitment to providing superior customer service and achieving individual, team, and company goals is essential. Excellent PC skills are required. A college degree is preferred. Insurance industry designations such as CPCU and RPLU are a plus.
