Developing & Emerging Markets Best Practice Execution Lead - Position Scope:

Lead strategy development and execution processes across the enterprise to enable the transformation to a strategy-focused . Lead and coordinate strategy
development and deployment processes. Monitor implementation of GBP.

Provide advice and counsel on Enterprise strategy development, strategy deployment and Enterprise level strategy management.

Critical Skills:

  • Successful performance in this position requires a grounding in business strategy, strong business acumen and exceptional influencing and skills
  • Demonstrated capability in leading and inspiring diverse teams and individuals to work together to goals
  • Ability to build relationship in a matrix driving collaboration across cultures, businesses and functions
  • Demonstrated project management, with successful implementation across multiple and projects
  • Ability to discuss, present, influence and resolve issues with multiple interest groups
  • Proven ability to process information in a clear and manner and effectively convey information to a multifaceted audience
  • Strong verbal and written English skills - exceptional writing and editing skills are essential
  • Advance skills essential, including proficiency with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and related software packages
  • Additional language preferred

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution with emphasis in , Business Administration, Journalism, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years broad-reaching business experience that could from a number of different disciplines – e.g. , marketing, operations, consulting, project management.
  • Minimum 8 years global experience, preferably having operated outside of home country.
  • International travel 50-70% required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree/ MBA preferred
  • Strong verbal and written English skills - exceptional writing and editing skills are essential
