IS&T has been engaged by a client to locate a Developer. This is a full time position located west side of Houston.

Position requires:

• 1-5 years C# development experience
• XML and XSLT experience
• Biztalk is a plus
• Financial background is a plus
• Communication protocols (FTP, HTTPS, SFTP, etc.) desirable
• Strong analytical skills
• Willing to support and maintain legacy systems (until core applications are upgraded). The legacy system is written in VB6 and Biztalk 2002. This will eventually become Biztalk 2006 with C#.
